Rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you must reschedule day of your service, you must reschedule within the week. Failure to reschedule or cancel properly will result in a 50% cancellation fee and will be charged to the card on file. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your appointment will be cancelled and need to be rescheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of the service booked to the card on file.
